Who is ClickBook for?
Photographers who run a business, solo or with associates, second shooters, editors and a studio manager. Weddings, portraits, commercial and real estate.
Is there a phone app?
Yes. A web app plus iOS and Android apps for the day itself: call sheets, replying to leads, recording payments and approving edits.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They get one private link with the proposal, contract and invoices.
How do payments work?
Pick a plan and ClickBook creates the invoices with due dates. You send them and record payments as they arrive: bank transfer, card, cash or UPI.
Does it work outside the US?
Yes. Any currency, and sales tax, VAT or GST set up your way.
Can freelancers see my prices?
No. Editors and second shooters only see their own jobs, shoots and edits. Try it in the demo as Ivy or Sam.
How much does it cost?
Free during the private beta. We'll share pricing with the list before launch.
